Keith's knowledge of the Information Technologies field is unsurpassed. He is a dedicated professional whom makes sure that he and his company, Vistem Solutions, provides all which the client requires, and helps direct them to the appropriate solutions at hand. During my tenure at the Mission Inn Hotel and Spa, Keith's input and direction was a great asset to my ability to keep all IT systems stable and progressing with any appropriate upgrades in software or hardware. Our IT system was secure and all systems were backed up daily. His ability to monitor our systems and be proactive to any potential issues was invaluable. He worked diligently to keep our operating costs within budgets and assisted each department in their operations of their core software systems. With Keith's assistance, the IT Department was able to simplify the approach and systems required to operate a full service hotel with many retail outlets.
